RPG Achieves MSA Platinum Level in Renewal Audit
Resource Power Group (RPG) has achieved the Platinum Rating during the Marine Service Assessment (MSA) audit conducted by DNV-GL. Based on this audit, RPG continues to be the only MaK service dealer in the Americas to have such a rating. The MSA is a certification awarded to marine engine service dealers who meet the standards set forth by Caterpillar Inc for either Caterpillar or MaK branded products. The purpose of the certification is to audit the technical abilities of service personnel, policies and procedures, and customer service. Resource Power Group has its headquarters in the Houston area, and has branches in Miami, New Orleans, Panama, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic. It is a medium speed engine sales and service company representing MaK, EMD, Napier Turbochargers, Mitsubishi Turbochargers, Heinzmann, Regulateurs Europa, and Noris Controls. It is a division of Louisiana Machinery Company LLC, a private company founded in 1933.
