Resource Power Group (RPG) transfers MaK engines representation to Caterpillar Corporate

January 2024 – In line with Caterpillar’s decision to discontinue the sale of MaK prime product engines and shift focus solely to aftermarket services by the end of 2022, Resource Power Group has officially transferred the representation of MaK engines to Caterpillar Corporate. Effective January 2024, Resource Power Group (RPG) will no longer be involved in the sale of new MaK engines.

Resource Power Group will continue to supply MaK parts from its remaining inventory for customers in Louisiana, Mexico, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean. However, for any future MaK engine-related support or inquiries, customers are advised to contact Caterpillar directly through their global dealer network.

For further assistance and information, please reach out to your nearest authorized Caterpillar dealer.

Resource Power Group (RPG) will no longer be involved in the sale of new MaK engines.
